When shipping your order out we make every effort to ensure that your items arrive to you in perfect condition. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issue.


If you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done by telephone within 72 hours of receiving your goods.

We will then promptly resupply the item/s or refund your order. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for resupply or refund if the goods are unopened and in their original condition.

Artaban does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please be sure to choose carefully. If your goods have not been packed and dispatched from our warehouse and you would like to change your order please contact us here.
