FREE EXPRESS POSTAGE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100
A flat rate fee of $15 applies for all orders below $100.
All orders are sent Express Post with a tracking number. We pack and send orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you place your order before 12noon we will try our best to send it out the same day.
AUSTRALIA
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Express Post service with Australia Post for a charge of $15 per parcel. All orders over $100 will receive free complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL
It is not possible for Artaban to post any orders overseas. Our license only allows us to sell products within Australia.
ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Artaban will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All Artaban orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a mobile text message with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
