Getting sleep pattern happening again

My husband was complaining he keeps waking several times a night, not going back to sleep. We’ve been trying to re establish sleep cycles and this really, subtly helped without feeling groggy or weary next morning. He even says he is dreaming again. My daytime calm is so improved, i feel more rational to see and deal with problems. My girlfriend also claims she sleeps better, and less anxiety. It really helps our adult son to calm down too, and get the sleep he sometimes tries to resist.

Wonderful!!

I purchased this product around a year ago when visiting a market in Byron and fell pregnant, so popped it into a drawer.
When I was having a tidy up recently, I found it!
I couldn’t have been more pleased and felt the universe had guided me back to it… I was having awful insomnia and this has been a godsend.
It sits on my bedside table and I religiously have three-four drops a night.
I don’t even notice myself falling asleep anymore, I don’t have to lay there and forcibly will myself to relax and try to fall asleep. I have never slept better and will be ordering more products in the very near future.

Great Product

I am very pleased with my Nighty Night Hemp oil. I am still working out the dosage. I take 5 drops at bedtime. I wake a couple of times but find. Can go back to sleep. Around 1.30 am I have another 7 drops. I still wake another few times but find it is easier to get back to sleep. A great product and doesn’t make me groggy the next day. Thank you Love light and soil.
